M M Khan Hotel is right in the middle of the chaos at Johari Bazar. Our address is 115 Johari Bazar, near Ramganj Bazar. We are very close to the Rehmani Maszid, so you can hear the calls to prayer throughout the day. Jaipur is always hot and dusty, especially in this part of the city. The hotel is an old building. It’s got a lot of character but it’s definitely not a modern fancy place. We have people coming in from all over. Some are tourists looking at the market and others are locals who have been eating here for years. The 302003 area is one of the oldest parts of Jaipur. It stays busy until very late at night. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few of us who do everything from cooking to cleaning. The kitchen stays very busy. We make mostly traditional food that people in this neighborhood like. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we spend most of our time in the kitchen instead. There’s always a lot of noise from the street—rickshaws, bikes, and people shouting. It’s just part of being in Johari Bazar. We don't have a website or do any online booking. People just show up and we find a spot for them. It’s a simple, honest place to get a meal in the heart of the city.
