Lokesh Gupta

My name is Lokesh Gupta and I work out of 1, Vishawesariya Nagar, which is right by the Gopal Pura Bye Pass in Jaipur. It’s a good location because it’s easy to hop on the main road, but it can get quite noisy with all the trucks going past. I’ve been here for a while now, just running this small operation on my own. It’s nothing fancy, just a room with a desk and some chairs for when people visit. I don’t have any employees or a big corporate structure. I started this because I wanted to be independent and work on my own terms. Most of my day is spent dealing with the regular tasks that keep the business going. I don't have a mission statement or any of that stuff. I just try to be useful and get things done properly. Sometimes I lose track of time and stay here way past dinner. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and my desk is usually covered in sticky notes. It’s a real, working office, not a showroom. I like the honesty of it. Being near the Gopal Pura Bye Pass means I see a lot of people coming and going, which makes the day go by faster. I’m just a local guy doing his best to make a living in Jaipur. There is always something new to deal with every single morning.
