We are based out of Jaipur, and our office at Lead Manpower Pvt.Ltd. is pretty much what you’d expect from a local business. We don’t have a massive building with a glass front. Instead, we’re in a regular neighborhood where we can be close to the people we work with. Dealing with manpower means we see a lot of different faces every single day. Some people are looking for workers, and others are looking for a job. We just try to connect them. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of listening. Our desks are usually a bit messy with resumes and notes scribbled on bits of paper. We like the energy of Jaipur, even when it’s incredibly hot outside in the summer. We keep the fans going and just get on with it. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just tell people what we have available. Usually, the morning starts with a lot of phone calls. By the afternoon, we’re mostly sorting through applications. We take our tea breaks seriously, and that’s when we catch up on what’s happening in the city. It’s a small operation, but we’ve been doing this for a while. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just trying to help a few people find their next paycheck. It’s simple, honest work that keeps us busy from morning to night. This is just how we do things.
