Laxmi Engineering Works

You can find Laxmi Engineering Works at number 21 in Durga Colony. It’s right near Ravalji Ka Bhanda, just off the main Khatipura Road. The location is pretty convenient for us since a lot of our regulars live or work in the same part of town. Our workshop isn't very large, but we've managed to fit all our essential gear inside. We do a lot of small-scale engineering and repair work here. It’s the kind of place where you’ll hear the sound of welding and grinding from the street. My father started this place, and I’ve been running it for the last few years. We don't spend money on advertising or fancy signs. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or other shops on Khatipura Road. It gets pretty dusty inside, especially when we’re working on bigger metal pieces. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy shop, that’s easier said than done. We just take one job at a time and try to do it right. There’s no big corporate strategy here. We just drink our tea in the morning, look at the list of tasks, and start working. If a machine breaks, we spend the afternoon fixing it. It’s just plain, honest work that keeps the lights on. Durga Colony is a good place to be, and we plan on staying here at number 21 for a long time.
