Laxmi Bakery

Laxmi Bakery has been a part of Sanganer for a long time. You can find us on Nagar Nigam Road, right opposite the water pump. It’s a busy little spot, and people usually find us by the smell of fresh bread coming out of the ovens. We start our work early in the morning, long before most people are even awake. By the time the sun is up, we’ve usually got a good batch of things ready on the shelves. We make all the usual stuff you’d expect from a local bakery like ours. The shop isn't very big, but it’s always got something going on. Being near the water pump means a lot of people pass by us every single day. We know many of our customers by their names because they’ve been coming to us for years. It’s a very local feel here in Sanganer. We don’t bother with fancy packaging or anything like that. We just put our baked goods out and let people pick what they want. Sometimes the flour gets everywhere, and it can be a bit messy, but that’s just how it goes when you’re baking. We try to keep the prices fair so everyone in the neighborhood can afford a treat now and then. It’s hard work being on your feet all day near the hot ovens, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
