We’ve been here at 54/195 Madhyam Marg for a while now. It’s a busy part of Mansarovar, right near Rajat Path, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. If you know Jaipur, you know how it gets during the summer, but we keep things moving inside regardless. Most days start with tea and figuring out what needs to get done before the afternoon heat really kicks in. We aren't a huge team here in this specific office, but we handle our work for Larsen Toubro Ltd as best as we can. It’s mostly desks, computers, and stacks of files that need sorting. People sometimes struggle to find the exact building because the numbering on Madhyam Marg can be a bit confusing, but we usually just tell them to look for the Rajat Path landmark. The parking around here isn't the greatest, especially on weekends, so we try to get in early. It’s not a fancy corporate setup you see in movies. It’s just where we show up, do the paperwork, and coordinate with other branches. We’ve got a small break area where we eat lunch, usually talking about the local news or stuff happening in the neighborhood. It’s a practical space. We don't have shiny lobby art or anything like that. Just regular people doing their jobs in a part of Jaipur we’ve grown quite used to over the years. We just try to keep things simple and stay focused on the tasks we have.
