L&T Construction

Our office is situated on the first floor of the Monarch Building in Vaishali Nagar. We are quite close to Amrapali Marg, which is a major road that most people know, so finding us isn't usually a problem. While we spend a lot of our time out at construction sites where the real work happens, this office is where we handle the planning and the stacks of paperwork. It’s a functional space with desks covered in drawings and files, and it can get a bit loud when the phones are ringing all at once. Vaishali Nagar is a busy part of town with a lot of growth, so there is always something happening right outside our doors. We are a local team and we don't really go for all that corporate talk you see in big cities. We just prefer to get the job done without making a big fuss about it. The building itself is pretty busy with other offices, and we’ve been here long enough to know most of our neighbors. It’s a lot of long hours, whether we are here in the office or out in the field, but that is just the way construction goes. We don't have a fancy mission statement or anything; we just focus on finishing our projects on time and moving on to the next one. It’s a straightforward way to work, and it seems to suit us just fine. We have been in this building for several years now.
