Ktp Hotels And Resorts Private Limited is located on the second floor of Tilak Bhawan, at 5-A Tilak Marg. We are right in the C-Scheme area, which is a very busy and well-known part of town. Our office is actually opposite Udyog Bhawan, so that’s a good landmark to use if you’re trying to find us. Being in C-Scheme means we are near a lot of government buildings and other offices. We are a private limited company, but we don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of corporate staff. It’s just a practical workspace where we manage our hotels and resorts. We spend a lot of time on Tilak Marg, either in the office or heading out to check on our properties. The second floor at Tilak Bhawan is where all the planning happens. We deal with the daily stuff like payroll, guest issues, and property repairs. It’s not always easy, but we’ve been doing it for a while now. We don't use promotional language or try to sell you anything in this description. We just wanted to let people know where we are and what we do. C-Scheme is a nice place to work because everything is close by. We are just a group of people trying to run a solid business in the hospitality sector.
