We have got our setup here in S. S. Colony, which is part of the Mansarovar area. It is a decent spot to work from. Kshitiz Engineers India has been running out of this location for a bit now. The neighborhood is a mix of houses and small businesses, so it feels quite lived-in. Our office is not anything special to look at. It is just a place where we keep our computers and all the technical manuals we need for our projects. We spend a lot of time on site, but this is where we come back to do the drawings and the math. It is often just a few of us here, drinking coffee and trying to figure out a problem on a blueprint. We do not use any slick marketing or try to sound bigger than we are. We are just engineers who know how to build things. Sometimes the street gets crowded with parked cars, but we manage. We like being in Mansarovar because it is easy for people to get to. We do not have a big front desk or a receptionist. If the door is unlocked, you can just walk in and someone will be around to chat. We focus on the work itself rather than how the office looks. It is a bit messy sometimes with papers everywhere, but we know where everything is. That is just how we operate. No fuss, just getting the engineering done.
