We work out of Hanuman Ram’s place in the village of Bhamu, near Chindaliya in the Degana area of Nagaur. It’s a quiet spot, mostly surrounded by fields as far as you can see. Krishikarn Fed isn't some big brand you see on TV. We’re just a group of farmers who decided to team up. Hanuman Ram handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff from his home office, which is really just a room with a desk and some chairs for visitors. Nagaur is known for its hard-working people, and we try to live up to that. We spend our time looking at the quality of what we grow and trying to find the best way to get it to people who need it. It’s not always easy. Sometimes the transport is late, or the rain doesn't come when we expect it. We don't have fancy brochures or a PR team. If you want to know what we do, you just come by and talk to us. You’ll probably find us checking the latest bags of produce or writing down numbers in a notebook. It’s practical work. We deal with the soil every day, so we know what’s going on in the fields. It’s about staying connected to the village and making sure the farming families in Degana have a way to grow their business. It’s just us, working the land and keeping things moving.
