We’ve been at Lalkothi Krishna Nagar 34 for a while now. Most people around here know us as the spot for computer things and IT help. It’s not a fancy office, just a workspace where we get things done. We deal with software, hardware, and the usual tech issues that come up. Khandelwal Infotechs started because there was a need for someone local who knows their way around a motherboard or a printer. It’s just us working through the day, fixing what’s broken or setting up new systems for people who live nearby. Some days are busier than others, especially when a lot of laptops decide to stop working at once. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People just walk in or call us when they can’t get their internet to work or when their PC starts making a weird noise. The shop is small but it fits everything we need. We try to keep things straightforward. If something can be fixed, we tell you. If it’s junk, we say that too. Being in Krishna Nagar means we see a lot of the same faces, which is nice. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years while we stayed here at number 34. It’s a job we know how to do well enough, and we just keep at it day after day without much fuss.
