Khadoliya Agrofed Farmers Producer

Our operation is based in Bahaderpur, Alwar, at the home of Santosh Kumar. It’s a quiet spot away from the main city noise. Being a farmers producer group, we don't need a fancy glass building. We just need a place to meet and talk about the crops. The house has a big front area where people can sit and rest. We spend a lot of time discussing prices and fertilizers. Alwar has some good land, so we stay busy throughout the seasons. We have a few cupboards for our documents. Most of the time, we are out in the fields anyway. When we are at the office, it’s mostly for the paperwork and planning our next steps. It’s a very grounded way of doing things. No one wears suits here. We wear what we’d wear to the farm. Sometimes the neighbors come by to borrow a tool or just to see how things are going. We keep a simple record of what every farmer is bringing in. It’s not automated or anything. We use pens and paper mostly. The dust from the road comes in through the door, but we just sweep it out. It’s a real place run by real people who know the soil. We don't have a website or anything like that. We just talk to people face to face. It works for us in Bahaderpur and keeps us connected.
