We work out of the Ed Tower on Ramesh Marg, which is in the C-Scheme area of Jaipur. Our office is F-105 on the first floor. C-Scheme is a pretty popular part of town, so there are always cars and people moving around outside. We’ve been running this hotel company for a while now. It’s not just about one building; we have interests in other parts of the state too, like Jhunjhunun. Managing things from a distance can be tricky, so we spend a lot of time on the phone or traveling. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a printer that jams occasionally, and a small area for tea. We don't have a fancy lobby with a fountain. We focus more on the actual hotels and making sure they are standing up to the weather. Jaipur's sun is tough on buildings. We don't have a big marketing department. We just rely on people hearing about us from others. It’s a small team here, just a handful of us who know each other well. We do our own bookkeeping and handle our own problems. Sometimes the work is boring and sometimes it’s too much at once, but that’s just how business is. We’re just regular people trying to keep things going. We don't try to be something we aren't, we just focus on the daily tasks and keeping the lights on.
