Kamal Lochan

This is Kamal Lochan, located over at 23 Gopalpura Byepass in Govinda Colony. We are tucked away right behind the Jain Temple, which is the easiest landmark to give people when they are lost. It’s a quiet spot most of the time, though the bypass gets noisy during rush hour. We’ve been operating from this location for quite a bit now. The building is a bit older, but it serves us well enough for what we do. We don't go in for fancy decorations or big signs that light up at night. It’s just a regular workspace where we get things done. Mostly, we deal with local people who live nearby or found us through a friend. It's funny how word spreads in the colony. You start with one person and soon the whole street knows who you are. We keep things pretty straightforward here. If the light is on, we’re usually inside working. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that, so you just walk in. Sometimes the dog from next door wanders in, but we don't mind much. It’s a bit dusty because of the road construction nearby, but we try to keep the desk clean. We’ve had the same neighbors for years and that makes the day go by easier. It’s just a small operation, nothing too big or complicated. We focus on the work at hand and hope for a quiet evening. We like the pace of life here in this part of town.
