Jewls & Art Emporium

Jewls & Art Emporium is tucked away at 60 Kalyan Col. in Malviya Nagar. It’s a bit of a mixture of things here. We have some jewelry and some art pieces, and honestly, the place is a bit cluttered. It’s not the kind of emporium you see in a mall. It’s more like a collection of things we’ve gathered or made over the months. Malviya Nagar is a lively spot, and being in Kalyan Colony gives us a bit of a local feel. We have regular customers who stop in just to see what’s new on the shelves. Sometimes we don’t have much new at all, and we just sit and chat. The floors could probably use a good scrub more often, but we’re usually too busy with the actual items. We don't use any polished marketing speak because we wouldn't even know where to start with that. We’re just regular folks running a shop. Some days the sales are good and some days nobody even walks through the door. That’s just the way retail goes for a small place like ours. We don't have a big mission statement. We just open the doors in the morning and see what the day brings. It’s a quiet, simple existence in a busy city. There’s usually a stray cat hanging around the door and we just let it be. It's not a perfect shop, but it's ours.
