Kaizen Engineering Works

We've been over here at Plot No-G124 in the Riico Industrial Area for a while now. Running Kaizen Engineering Works takes up most of our time, and the shop floor is usually pretty busy with whatever job came in that morning. It’s a dusty place, honestly, but that’s how it goes in the Epip section. We started out small and just kept at it, fixing things and making parts when people needed them. Most of the guys here live nearby and we’ve known each other for years. It’s not a fancy office, just a metal building with a lot of machines that need constant oiling. Sometimes things get backed up when a machine breaks down, but we figure it out. We handle a lot of different metal work. People stop by the gate and ask if we can weld something or turn a part on the lathe. If we have the time and the right tools ready, we just get to work. It’s noisy and there's always a smell of cutting oil in the air. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It's just us doing what we know how to do. The Riico area is always loud with trucks moving around, so we fit right in. We try to keep things moving so we can get home on time, though that doesn't always happen. It’s hard work, but it keeps the lights on and the families fed.
