Kailash Chand Joshi

Kailash Chand Joshi is based out of the Jaipur G P O area, specifically in the New Bramda Gila Nakal Shakha. It is quite a mouthful to say the address, but if you are near Sheet Number 82 in Bani Park, you are basically there. The office is right opposite that spot. This part of Jaipur has a very specific feel to it, lots of old government buildings and a bit of a slower pace compared to the new malls. The building we are in has these high ceilings and a bit of a musty smell of old paper, which I actually quite like. It feels like history. Most days involve handling documents and talking to people who come in from the GPO. It isn't a high-tech setup. We have our files, our desks, and a lot of pens that seem to go missing all the time. The light comes in through the veranda in the morning, making it the best time of day to get things done. Bani Park is a nice neighborhood, even if it gets a bit crowded with parked scooters on the narrow lanes. We do not have any flashy advertisements out front. Just a small nameplate. It is the kind of place where you know your neighbors and the postman knows everyone by name. It is simple, a bit old-fashioned, and very steady. We have been in this spot for a long time.
