You can find us over in Kachri, which is part of Anta. We work out of Hemraj Sharma's place—he's Madan Gopal Sharma’s son. It's a typical local setup where a bunch of us farmers got together to form this company. We aren't professionals in suits; we're just people who know the soil around here. Being in Anta means we focus on what grows best in this climate. It gets hot, and the work is tiring, but having the producer company helps us stay organized. We usually meet up at the house to talk about seeds or what the market looks like this week. It’s very informal. We don't have a front desk or a receptionist. If someone calls, it's usually one of us picking up the phone while we're doing something else. We just wanted a way to work together so things wouldn't be so tough on our own. It’s practical and it works for us. We’ve known each other for years, so there’s a lot of trust involved. We don't really do much advertising because everyone around Kachri knows who we are. We just keep our heads down and do the farming. It’s a straightforward life, and we like it that way. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make a living for ourselves.
