You can find us at Shop No 302, Municipal No. 1888, right in Ramganj Bazar in Jaipur. The 302003 area is right in the middle of the old city, so it is always loud and full of people moving about. We focus on making chicken sajji. We really like the way it is cooked and thought people here would enjoy it too. The shop itself is not very large, but we have managed to fit everything we need inside. Most of our day is spent at the back, getting the meat ready and mixing our own spices. It gets really warm near the grills, especially when it is already hot outside in Rajasthan. We have been in this market for a while now, and we know most of the other people running the nearby stalls. It is a good community to be a part of. We open up early to start the preparations and we do not usually close until the last of the evening rush is gone. It is a lot of standing around and talking to people who come by for a meal. We do not have any fancy menus or a website to show off. Most people find us just by the smell of the food as they walk through the bazar. The building is quite old, like most of Ramganj, but we do our best to keep everything clean and tidy. We are just a local operation and it is how we like it.
