K C Gupta

We are located over at C-46 in Sethi Colony. This is where K C Gupta operates from. It is a residential kind of area, so it is much more peaceful than the markets in the city. The office is basically just a few rooms where we have our desks and some chairs for visitors. We have been here for a good number of years now, and the place has a very lived-in feel to it. There are a few cupboards filled with records and some personal items scattered around the desks. We spend a lot of our time on the telephone or meeting with people who come by to discuss various matters. It is not a formal or stiff environment at all. We usually have the door open to let in some fresh air, and you might hear the sound of the neighborhood kids playing or a scooter passing by now and then. The furniture is a bit mismatched and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it is comfortable for us and the people who visit. We handle most of our work on a simple desk with a lamp and a lot of pens. It is just a straightforward, local operation where we take things one day at a time and try to keep everything in order without making things too complicated. We don't really have a big staff, so when you come in, you're usually talking directly to us.
