You can smell oil and welding smoke. We spend our days fixing things. We make parts for machines. It is greasy work. Our hands are never clean. We don't have a fancy office. There is nowhere for people to sit. Most folks just stand on the shop floor. They talk to us while we work. The industrial area is dusty. It is full of trucks. That’s just where the work is. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighbors. We aren't a big company. We don't want to sound like one. We are just a few guys who know tools. We get metal to do what we want. Some days are hard. Other days everything runs smooth. We take it as it comes. It is loud and hot. Something always needs grinding or welding. It keeps us busy. We like the challenge of fixing broken equipment for the people who come to us. We’ve seen all kinds of machine parts come through these doors, and we just do our best to get them working again. It is honest, physical work that requires a lot of patience and a steady hand with the heavy machinery.
