Our office is located in Ganpati Plaza on M.I. Road, which is one of the busiest spots you can imagine. Joyous Spirits Pvt. Ltd. has been here for some time now, and we've seen the area change quite a bit. M.I. Road is always full of tourists and locals, so there is a constant energy right outside our doors. Inside Ganpati Plaza, it can be a bit of a maze if you aren't used to it, but we like our little corner. We deal with spirits and beverages, which involves a lot of logistics and talking to suppliers. It’s not always glamorous work; there is plenty of boring inventory tracking and tax paperwork to deal with. Our team is small, and we usually end up wearing many different hats throughout the day. One minute we’re on the phone, the next we’re moving boxes around. The plaza is an older building, so the elevators are sometimes slow, but the central location is hard to beat. We chose this spot because everyone knows where M.I. Road is. We don't put on a big show for anyone. We just show up, do what needs to be done, and try to keep things organized. It’s a lot of practical, day-to-day management. Sometimes we stay late when a shipment is delayed, but that’s just the nature of this business. We’re just regular people working in a famous part of town.
