Devils N Angels

If you know Johari Bazar, you know how crowded it gets, especially near K. G. B. Ka Rasta. We are at No. 4791, tucked away among all the other shops selling jewelry and bright fabrics. Our name is Devils N Angels, and we mostly handle clothing for the younger crowd. The shop is small and the shelves are usually packed to the ceiling. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes. We spend a lot of time just folding and unfolding things for people who can't decide what they want. The noise from the street is always there—horns honking and people shouting—but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. We don’t use any high-tech systems here. We just write things down in a ledger and keep track of the stock as best as we can. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit by the door to get some light. It’s an old building, so it has its quirks, like the squeaky floorboards near the counter. We’ve known the neighbors for years, and we all help each other out when someone needs change or a hand moving a heavy box. It’s not a fancy life, but we like being part of the market. There’s always something happening right outside our door, and we just keep doing our thing day after day. The seasons change, but the bazar always stays loud and full of energy.
