Jian Kirana Store & Properties

We do things a bit differently here at Shop No-7 on 80 Feet Road. Jian Kirana Store & Properties is a mix of two worlds. We are located in Parmanya Vatika, Govindpura area of Jaipur. On one side, we have all the kirana items like spices, grains, and daily essentials that every household in Jaipur needs. On the other side, I also handle property matters. It might seem strange to some, but in this neighborhood, it works. People come in for a kilo of sugar and end up asking about local plot prices or rentals in the area. The 80 Feet Road is a main artery here, so there’s a lot of movement. My desk is usually covered with both grocery lists and property papers. It gets pretty busy, especially in the mornings when the sun is hitting the storefront. Govindpura is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of new houses coming up around Parmanya Vatika. I try to keep the shop organized, but sometimes the property work takes me out for a bit, and my family helps with the kirana sales. We don't have a fancy office or a huge supermarket layout. It’s just a practical setup for the local community. Whether you need your monthly pulses or you're looking for a place to stay nearby, we just help out with what we can. It’s a busy life balancing both, but that’s how we've built our place here over the years.
