We are up on the 3rd floor of building 352 on M I Road. It’s a busy street with lots of shops and people, but being on the third floor makes it a bit removed from the noise downstairs. We’ve been operating from this office space for a while. Jhandewala Foods is mostly about the production and the business side of things. It’s not a restaurant where people come to sit down and eat. Instead, we have desks, some storage, and a lot of paperwork to deal with. We spend our day coordinating with suppliers and checking on our food products to make sure everything is moving. The lift in the building can be a bit slow sometimes, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. It’s a practical workspace without any fancy decorations or art on the walls. We have a small team here and we all know each other well. Our windows look out over the road, so we can see the traffic passing by all day. It gets a bit dusty being in the middle of the city, so we’re always wiping down the desks and shelves. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one near the entrance so people know which floor to go to. Most of our business is done over the phone or through emails. It’s just a regular office where we get our work done.
