Our place is tucked away in the Jhotwara Industrial Area, specifically at Plot No-9(2). If you’ve ever walked around here, you know it’s mostly warehouses and trucks moving in and out all day. It’s not the quietest spot to spend a day, but it’s where we do our business with the tea. We handle a lot of sacks and boxes. The air usually smells like dried leaves, which is nice compared to the dust outside. We spend a lot of time checking batches and making sure things are packed right. It’s a group of us working here, some have been around since the start. We don't have a flashy showroom because this is a working space. Most of our time goes into the logistics of moving tea from one place to another. The office part of the building is just a few desks and some old filing cabinets. Sometimes the power goes out in the afternoon, so we just take a break until it comes back on. It’s a lot of routine. We have our tea together in the morning before the first truck arrives. It's a straightforward operation without any big frills. We just focus on what needs to get out the door each day. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually. It's just a regular industrial site life for us. There's always something to load or unload, and we just get through the day's list.
