You can find us at C-26 in Mahalaxmi Nagar, which is right in the Malviya Nagar area of Jaipur. We have been running Jaipur Restaurants And Brewers Private Limited from this location and it keeps us on our toes. The neighborhood is always active, and being in Malviya Nagar means there is never a dull moment. We deal with both the food side and the brewing side of things, which are two very different tasks but they happen under the same roof. Some days we are focused on the kitchen and other days it is all about the barrels and the brewing process. It can get a bit loud and heavy with all the equipment we use. We aren't some polished chain; we are just a local operation trying to keep things moving. Our staff is a mix of people who have been with us for a while and some newer faces. We don't have a big fancy office, just a desk in the back where we handle the paperwork. Most of the time we are out on the floor or in the brewing area. The smells of hops and cooking food are always around. We try to keep the place organized, but when it's busy, things can get a bit hectic. It's a lot of physical work, lifting crates and checking temperatures. We just take it one day at a time here in Mahalaxmi Nagar.
