You can find us at 2 Gha 13 in Jawahar Nagar. It's a busy part of Jaipur, and we’ve been running Jaigurumaa Pizza from here for a bit now. Honestly, it gets pretty loud and fast-paced in the kitchen, especially during the dinner rush when everyone wants their food at once. We aren't some big chain you see on TV; we’re just a local spot in the neighborhood. The address is easy to find if you know the area, right there in the heart of Rajasthan. Most of the time, we’re just back there prepping dough or checking the ovens. It’s a lot of manual work and we stay on our feet most of the day. The staff is mostly just local folks who live nearby. We don't have fancy decorations or a big corporate office. It’s just a place where we make pizzas and try to keep up with the orders coming in. Sometimes we run out of ingredients or the delivery bike has a flat tire, and we just have to deal with it. That’s just how it goes when you’re running a small place like this. We like seeing the regular faces who come in from Jawahar Nagar. It feels good to be part of the street. We don't spend much time thinking about branding or stuff like that. We just want to keep the ovens hot and the shop open.
