Jai Ambey Telecom

Jai Ambey Telecom is located at No. 20 in Ganesh Nagar, specifically in the Nangal Jaisa Bohara area off Niwaru Road in Jhotwara. It’s a bit of a long address, but once you’re on Niwaru Road, it’s not too difficult to find the turn. We spend our days dealing with phones and all the little things that go with them. It’s a local shop, so we see a lot of the same faces from around Jhotwara. The space is pretty small, mostly filled with counters and shelves of accessories. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just us talking to customers and trying to fix whatever issue they bring in. Sometimes the internet is slow or a repair takes longer than we thought, and we just have to tell people how it is. We try to be straightforward about what we can do. It’s often loud in the shop with the radio playing or people chatting while they wait. We like being part of the Ganesh Nagar community. It’s a busy part of town and there’s always something going on outside. We aren't looking to grow into some huge corporation. We just want to keep the shop running and help the folks who live nearby with their tech problems. It’s a simple life and a simple business that we’ve built over the years.
