We are located at 60-B Jhotwara Niwaru Road, right across from the Mahindra Work Shop. If you’re looking for J P R Engineering, just look for the place with the most metal scraps out front. It’s a busy stretch of road, and there is always a lot of dust flying around from the traffic. We spend our time working on various engineering jobs, mostly fixing parts or fabricating things for local businesses. The workshop is a bit cramped, especially when we have a big project taking up the center floor. We’ve got some drills and welding machines that have been with us since we opened. They aren’t the newest models, but they get the job done if you know how to handle them. Sometimes customers come in with a rough drawing on a piece of cardboard, and we have to figure out how to make it work in real life. It takes some scratching of heads and a few tries sometimes. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room. You just walk in and talk to whoever isn't holding a torch at that moment. The noise of the grinders can be a bit much, but you get used to it after a few years. We just like building things that stay together. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. There is always something new to fix or a different way to bend a piece of steel.
