We are Ikya Human Capital Soloutions and our office is located at E-107 in Shyam Nagar, right on Rampath in the Sodala area of Jaipur. It is a pretty well-known part of town, so finding us isn't usually too much of a problem for most people. We basically help people find work and help businesses find the right staff for their teams. It’s a lot of interviewing and going through applications all day long. The office is just a regular floor in a building with desks, chairs, and a lot of cabinets for all the records we have to keep. It gets a bit hectic when we have a big hiring drive going on, with people coming in and out all the time. We don't really do the whole corporate image thing; we just talk to people like they are our neighbors. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sodala is a busy area so there is always some noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it by now. It’s just a normal workplace with normal people doing their jobs. We don't have a mission statement on the wall or anything like that. We just come in, do the work of matching people to the right spots, and then go home. It’s a very practical business and we like to keep it that way without making things more complicated than they need to be.
