I. L. Sharma Engineers

We are located on the first floor of the Navjeevan Complex, which is on Station Road. Our unit number is 3/24. Being right on Station Road means there’s a lot of noise and movement all day long. It’s the kind of place where you can always hear the trains and the crowds outside. Our office at I. L. Sharma Engineers is a bit of an older space. It’s got that lived-in feel with old desks and cabinets that have been there forever. We don't have any fancy decorations. It’s just a place where we do engineering work. We have a few drafting tables and computers, and there are always blueprints or drawings scattered around. We’ve been here for a long time and have seen many businesses come and go in Navjeevan Complex. We have a small, tight-knit group of people working here. We aren't interested in being a big, flashy company. We just like to get our projects finished and move on to the next one. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit steep and narrow, but we’re used to them. We often go out to the local stalls for a quick bite during lunch when we aren't too busy. It’s an honest, hard-working environment. We don't have a formal way of doing things. We just talk to each other and get the work done. It’s a practical setup for people who just want to do their jobs without any unnecessary corporate talk.
