It’s usually pretty loud around 6 Bais Godam because of all the traffic, but we’ve been here at Hvac Engineers for a while now. Being right opposite Indian Oil makes it simple for people to find us when they need a repair. Most of my mornings start with checking the schedule and seeing which site needs a technician first. We deal with a lot of dust and old filters, which isn't the most glamorous work, but someone has to keep the air moving. The shop is filled with toolboxes, spare copper pipes, and bits of insulation that seem to get everywhere. It’s a small space, so we’re always stepping over each other to find a specific wrench or a ladder. Sometimes the phones ring non-stop, especially when the weather gets really hot and everyone realizes their cooling isn't working right. We don't have a fancy office or anything like that. It’s mostly just desks covered in invoices and a few chairs for when a customer drops by to talk about a project. We usually grab lunch from the stall down the street and eat while looking at diagrams or parts catalogs. It’s a steady kind of life, mostly fixing things that broke and making sure the ventilation is doing what it’s supposed to. We know the neighborhood well and the other shop owners around here. It gets a bit chaotic on Mondays, but by Friday we usually have everything sorted out for the weekend shift. There is always more work to do when the sun is out.
