Hrcare India is based out of Jaipur in Rajasthan. Our office is at 169, Gayatri Nagar-A, which is part of the Maharani Farm area in Durgapura. It’s a fairly quiet residential part of the city, which is nice for an office. We handle human resources and recruitment from this location. The building is just a regular house that we use for our daily operations. We don't have any big corporate signs or a fancy reception area. Usually, it’s just us sitting with our laptops and phones, trying to find the right people for different job roles. We have been in Durgapura for a good amount of time now and we like the community here. The sun in Jaipur can be very strong, so we keep the place cool and just focus on our work. We don't use any of that polished marketing talk that you see from big companies. We just try to be helpful to the people who contact us looking for work. Sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to keep up with all the emails, but we manage. We aren't trying to be the biggest HR firm out there. We are just a local team doing our thing from Gayatri Nagar. If you are ever near Maharani Farm, you might walk past our office at number 169. It’s a practical, no-nonsense setup where the work is the main focus.
