Working in recruitment here at 386 A Block in Vaishali Nagar means we see a lot of different faces. We’re an outsourcing firm, which basically means we spend our time looking for people who need jobs and companies that need workers. It sounds simple, but it takes up our whole day. It’s a lot of reading and checking details. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees; we're just a small team trying to keep up. We have a routine of getting in early and staying until the work is finished. There isn't a lot of corporate culture here, just people working. We have our lunches together most days and usually talk about anything except work. It’s a practical place. We don't promise anything crazy, we just do the work of matching people up.
