Hotel City Centre

We’ve been here at 46 Station Road in Vivek Nagar for quite a while now. The building is right near Hathi babu ka Bagh, and honestly, if you know the Sindhi Camp area, you know how busy it gets with all the buses and people moving around at all hours. We’re just a regular place where people stay when they have work in this part of town. The front desk is right by the door, and there’s usually someone sitting there even if they’re just checking their phone or looking at the register. The rooms are what you’d expect for a spot like this. We have tiles on the floor and some basic wooden furniture that’s seen a bit of use over the years. Outside, you can always hear the sound of the traffic and the street vendors yelling, especially in the mornings when the sun starts coming up over the buildings. It’s not very quiet, but that’s just how it is in this neighborhood. We have a water cooler in the hallway and the stairs are a bit narrow, so if you have a lot of bags, it takes a minute to get up. There’s a tea shop just down the road that does a decent job if you’re looking for something hot. We just try to keep things clean enough and make sure the fans work. Most people who come here are just looking for a spot to sleep before catching a morning bus.
