Hindustan Microns

Our facility is right on Ajmer Road, situated near the Bank of Baroda. It’s a good landmark because everyone knows where the bank is. We work with microns here, which basically means we handle very fine mineral powders. Because the material is so fine, we have to be careful about how it's bagged and stored. The air inside can get a bit thick, so we wear masks when we're near the processing area. It’s a busy road outside, so there’s always the sound of horns and engines. Our office is a small room with a window that looks out onto the main street. We spend a lot of time coordinating with transport companies to get the bags moved out. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the essentials like a computer and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. The staff is small, and we’ve all worked together for a long time. We know the local tea stall owner well, and that’s where we usually get our morning start. We don't try to make our work sound more complicated than it is. We take the raw material, process it down, and ship it out. It’s what we know how to do, and we’ve been doing it at this spot for quite a while now. Some days are long, but we just keep at it until the work is finished.
