Heritage India

Heritage India is a little shop at 38, Amer Road within the Golimar Garden Scheme. We are tucked away on the Amber Palace Road not too far from the Holiday Inn. Being so close to the palace means we see a lot of people from all over the world walking by our door every day. We have been here for quite some time now and have gathered a lot of interesting things in our small space. The shop is filled with items that have a bit of history to them and we enjoy showing them to anyone who is curious. It is not a very large place so things are stacked pretty high on the shelves. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing our sign and coming in. Sometimes the traffic on Amer Road is so loud we can't hear each other speak but you get used to it after a while. We spend our mornings dusting the items and rearranging the window display to keep things looking fresh. It is just a small local business trying to make a living in a very famous part of town. We don't make any big claims about what we do, we just open the doors every morning and see who comes in.
