Headway

We are based out of House Number 30 in S B Vihar, which is near the Swage Farm area on New Sanganer Road in Jaipur. The sun hits the front of the building pretty hard in the afternoons, so we usually keep the curtains pulled tight to stay cool. It is a decent-sized house that we’ve converted to fit our needs. The neighborhood is fairly residential, so it’s not too noisy except for the occasional delivery bike or someone honking out on the main road. We have a small table in the back where we eat lunch together, mostly just talking about our families or what happened on the news. There is nothing particularly special about the furniture or the way we have things laid out. It is just a place to come and work. We have a lot of folders and pens scattered around, and someone is always losing their stapler. The walk from the main road isn't too long, but in the Jaipur heat, it can feel like a lot. We don’t have any big corporate mission or anything like that. We just show up, do the work that needs doing, and try to keep things organized. It is a quiet existence here in S B Vihar, and we prefer it that way. We just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes across our desks during the week.
