Talking Point

Talking Point is located at 15 in the Telephone Colony IInd, right near Tonk Phatak. It’s a nice enough area, and being in a colony means we see a lot of the same faces every single day. We chose the name because we wanted it to be a place where people actually stop and talk, not just a place where they buy something and leave immediately. Our shop is mostly focused on mobile phones and accessories, but we also help out with various technical questions people have. The interior is simple, with some wooden benches for customers to sit on while they wait for a repair or a recharge. We don't have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It’s just us here, making sure things run smoothly. The colony is usually quiet in the mornings, but it picks up in the evening when people get home from work. We have a small television in the corner that we keep on for the news. Sometimes the neighbors just pop in to say hello or ask about the weather. We aren't looking to expand into a giant chain; we like being a local fixture in Tonk Phatak. It’s a comfortable routine, and we know which customers like to chat and which ones are in a hurry. We just take it one day at a time here and hope for the best.
