We are Rajendra And Ursula Joshi Skill Development Pvt. Ltd. Our office is up on the 7th floor of Elements Mall, specifically units 712 and 713. Being in a mall is a bit different for a training company. You see people going to movies or shopping while we are here focused on skill development. It is a long elevator ride up to the 7th floor. From the windows, you can see quite a bit of Ajmer Road and the Jaipur skyline. It gets very bright in the afternoons with the Rajasthan sun hitting the glass. We have students and trainees coming in at all hours for different programs. The atmosphere is usually quite studious. We have several rooms set up for teaching and practical work. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a place where people come to learn something useful. DCM is a busy area so there is always a lot happening downstairs. We’ve been operating out of Elements Mall for a while. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to get in quickly, but once you’re up here, it’s a bit quieter. We spend our days planning schedules and making sure the equipment is working. It is a lot of coordination. We just try to keep the classes running smoothly without too much fuss. That’s what our daily life looks like in Jaipur and it keeps us busy.
