We are basically a group of farmers who decided to join hands to make life a bit easier for everyone in the village. Being in Kalyanpura, we see the same faces every day, so this company is really about helping our own neighbors. We do a lot of the work ourselves, from handling the grain to making sure the records are kept straight. It’s not always easy, especially when the rains are late or the prices aren't what we hoped for. But having this producer company gives us a bit more strength in the market. We don't use big words or have fancy presentations. We just sit on the porch and talk about what needs to be done for the next harvest. The paperwork says we are a limited company, but to us, it’s just a way to work together. Radhey Shyam Meena helps keep things on track.
