Gyan Engineering Works

Gyan Engineering Works is located over in Automobile Nagar. You can find us at B 3 17, which is quite close to Sitaram Ji Ka Chouk. It is an industrial area, so there is always a lot of noise from machines and trucks moving around outside. We do engineering work, which mostly involves fixing parts and making things out of metal for people who need them. It’s a dusty and greasy job, and we usually end the day with dirty hands and tired backs. Our workshop isn't something you’d see in a magazine; it’s just a functional space with the tools we need to do the job. Sitaram Ji Ka Chouk is a landmark that everyone in the area knows, so it makes finding us a bit easier. We have been running this place for a long time and have seen many other shops come and go. We don’t bother with advertisements or any promotional stuff like that. Most of our work comes from local people and businesses who have known us for years. It’s a small team, and we all know our way around the machinery. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common in this part of town, but we just take a break and wait for it to come back on. We stay open six days a week and just focus on getting the work finished on time for whoever brought it in. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and we are happy.
