We’ve been up here on the fifth floor of Gaurav Tower in Malviya Nagar for a while now. Getting to rooms 502 through 506 every morning usually involves waiting for that one elevator that takes forever, but you get used to it. The office itself is just a regular place with desks and files everywhere. Most days it’s pretty loud outside because Malviya Nagar is always busy, but once you close the windows, it’s mostly just the sound of people talking and keyboards clicking. It’s not fancy or anything, just where we show up and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the tea guy comes by late and everyone gets a bit grumpy, but that’s just how it goes here at Godrej Boyce Mfg. Co. Ltd. We have a lot of paperwork stacked in the corners because we haven’t found a better place for it yet. The view from the fifth floor isn't much, just other buildings and the tops of cars, but the light is okay in the afternoons. If you're looking for us, just head to the fifth floor; we're the ones with the door that catches a little bit on the carpet when you push it open. We don't really do big meetings or anything flashy, we just keep our heads down and handle whatever comes across the desk that day. It's a living, and we’ve been at this address long enough that the postman doesn't even have to look at the sign anymore.
