We have our main office at Flat No. A II in the Guru Kripa Colony. It’s a bit of an unusual spot for a crop company, being in a residential flat, but it works for us. Genious Crops Producer Company Limited is really about a group of us coming together to manage our farming interests. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a big storefront. Instead, we use the space to organize our supplies and keep our records straight. Most of the people involved are either farmers themselves or have been around agriculture their whole lives. We spend a lot of time sitting around the table in the flat, drinking tea and discussing which crops are doing well and which ones are struggling with the local weather. It’s a very hands-on way to run a business. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches. If you come by, you’ll just find us working on the next season's plan. Rajasthan is a tough place to grow things, so we have to be smart about what we choose to produce. The name might sound a bit ambitious, but we are just practical people trying to make the most of our land and our resources. We keep things simple and focus on the day-to-day tasks that keep the company going. It’s a local effort, through and through, and we’re okay with that.
