Our place is down in the lower level of Amber Tower, right on Sansar Chandra Road. If you go down the stairs to LL 57 and 58, you will find us. It is a bit of a maze in this building, but we have been here long enough that most of the neighbors know where we are. We handle a lot of different tech stuff. It is mostly fixing things that people bring in, like motherboards or screens that stopped working. The desk is usually piled high with wires and half-open casings. It looks messy, but we know where everything is kept. My cousin helps out when things get backed up. We do not really do much advertising. People usually find us through word of mouth or because they were already in the tower for something else. The lighting is not the best down here, but it is a good spot to work without too many distractions. We keep the shop open until fairly late because that is when most people finish work and can finally drop off their gadgets. Sometimes the tea stall guy brings us snacks in the afternoon. It is a quiet life, mostly just squinting at small parts and soldering things back together. We have seen all sorts of weird computer problems over the years. Some are easy, some take all day. We just take it as it comes. Sansar Chandra Road is always noisy, but once you are inside LL 57, it is mostly just quiet.
