Our small office is on the first floor of C 65 in Parshwanath City, which is out in the Sangriya area of Jodhpur. It’s a bit of a drive if you’re coming from the center of the city, but it’s much quieter out here. The building is part of a newer development, though things around here are still growing. We’ve got a couple of rooms where we handle all the multimedia work. It’s a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a few desks pushed against the walls and some extra chairs for when friends or neighbors stop by. The light in the afternoons is really bright, so we usually have to keep the curtains drawn to see our monitors clearly. There isn’t much in terms of decoration, maybe just a calendar and a clock that is five minutes fast. We don’t have a big sign outside yet, so most people just look for the Parshwanath City gates and find us from there. Jodhpur can get incredibly hot, so the AC is our best friend during the summer months. We don’t follow any corporate handbooks or have long meetings about strategy. We just look at what needs to be done each morning and start working on it. It’s a very straightforward way to run things, and it keeps us busy enough throughout the week without much trouble.
