We’ve been over here at 2-D-1 Jawahar Nagar for a while now. It’s mostly just us getting the grain sorted and through the machines every day. Most mornings start pretty early when the trucks pull up with the raw wheat. We spend a lot of time just making sure everything is running right because those old grinders can be a bit picky and need constant oiling. It gets quite dusty inside the unit, but that’s just how a flour business goes, I guess. We don't have a big fancy office or anything like that. It’s just the main production floor and some storage in the back for the heavy sacks. People around Jawahar Nagar probably hear the machines humming if they walk by in the afternoon. We just try to keep things moving so the bags are ready when the distributors need them. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to just sit around and wait it out, which is frustrating, but we manage. Most of the guys here have been working these machines for years now. We know the exact sound they make when something isn't right. It’s not a complicated setup, just straightforward work with wheat and other grains. We keep the floor swept as much as we can, though the fine flour always finds a way into the corners. It’s just what we do here day in and day out. No big speeches, just getting the work done.
