Fine Acers Hotels and Resorts Private Limited is based out of Shyam Nagar in Jaipur. Our office is at house number 176 in the Padmawati Colony-Anirman Nagar area. It is a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly quiet compared to the main city center. We manage our hotel and resort operations from this house. It is a private limited company, but the atmosphere in the office is very casual. We are not big on suits or formal meetings. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is running right at our properties. Being in Shyam Nagar is nice because it is a well-established part of town. We have enough space for our small team to work comfortably. We do not have any fancy signage outside, just a simple address. We have been in this colony for a while and have a good relationship with our neighbors. The work involves a lot of paperwork and phone calls, as you would expect in hospitality. We try to be very down-to-earth about how we run things. There are no corporate slogans here, just people doing their jobs. Rajasthan is a great place for hotels, and we are glad to be part of that world. Our setup is humble and focuses on the actual work instead of appearances.
