We have been here at 2 Kukas RIICO Focus for quite a long time now. The building is hard to miss when you are driving through this part of Rajasthan. Most of us start our shifts early in the morning because the sun gets very strong out here by midday. We spend a lot of time checking the guest rooms and making sure the outdoor gardens look okay. It is a big place, so there is always something that needs fixing or a hallway that needs a quick sweep before anyone notices. People come here for all sorts of reasons, sometimes for work in the industrial area nearby and sometimes just because they are passing through. We have a lot of local staff from the surrounding villages who know the area well. It gets very busy during the wedding season, and that is when things get a bit hectic in the kitchen and the main lobby. We try to keep things moving along without much trouble. The RIICO area is mostly industrial, but we have tried to make our spot feel a bit different from the factories. Sometimes the wind kicks up a lot of dust from the road, so keeping the glass clean is a never-ending job for the maintenance crew. We just do our work and go home. It is a steady routine here in 303101. You will see us around if you are staying over. We do not make a big fuss about things, we just focus on getting the rooms ready.
